Anyone else feeling anxious about being home … with every. single. person. you. live. with? That’s a lot of togetherness, so let’s make it fun! Join us every morning (M-F) at 9am est while we’re all in isolation. We’ll knock out a 10-ish minute workout TOGETHER (but separate)! These classes will also be available on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. These classes will be available forever so you can tackle them at any point during your day with the kids, and revisit over and over and over again :)
