Barre Tox

At the request of many BUMP moms, we’ve provided barreTOX for you. Many postpartum moms are formula feeding and have requested this program. Some of you are further into your postpartum journey than others and are ready to move the needle a bit more.

If you are nursing and choose to modify this program, you are doing so at your own risk. Be smart and listen to your body. There is plenty of time to barreTOX during your postpartum recover. Don’t rush your body, you’ll build-back soon enough. Proceed with caution.
